Group Outdoor Workouts

Our outdoor sessions are an hour long and provide an all over body workout. We vary the workouts from session to session, but all classes combine a variety of fun and effective moves designed to help you get fitter stronger and improve shape.

Drop into any of our weekend classes for the bargain price of a fiver!!! No need to book, just turn up with a fiver and why not bring a friend along too!

Bootcamps

Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed and put together by Janey in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie!
