Joanna Flury

Jo is our longest serving member of the team, well known and loved by our clients. As well as teaching regular bootcamps in which she will get your heart rate up and concentrate on toning your arms, legs and waist, she is also our running and pilates expert. With 17 marathons under her belt, Jo is the one to advise on any running queries you have. She is also a pilates guru and runs our Pilates master classes as well as a weekly cardio/pilates session throughout the summer months.
