Katie Skrine

Katie S is our head trainer and a total power house. She has been with the team for almost 5 years and brings a wealth of experience and huge passion for fitness, nutrition and overall well being to her role. Her classes are always challenging, but her friendly and encouraging attitude will get you through and leave you wanting more! Katie runs our hugely succesful conditioning classes and master classes, here she works every muscle to achieve a lean, toned and strong body. These sessions are always booked up, even when it is cold and raining!
