About Fit for a Princess
We train all year round and although we love working out in the fresh air, we know that for many women, online fitness is sometimes a more practical option. For those who can’t get to one of our workouts, travel a lot, are a busy mother, or even prefer working out by themselves, we have cartoon fitness ebooks and video workouts, enabling women to train at home, in their hotel room and even outside - anywhere in the world!
Janey Holliday who founded Fit for a Princess, was a previous self-confessed exercise hater, so wanted to create a unique concept of workouts that combine the fun factor with carefully put together exercise combinations that can change women’s body shapes and give women a more positive approach to training.
We encourage women to train together regardless of their ability or experience, so whether you are a complete beginner, a new Mum, pregnant, twenty, fifty, super fit or a marathon runner, you will still get a fantastic workout.
Whether exercising with us outside, or online, our workouts are designed to push those who want to be pushed to the max and support those who want to take it at their own level.
Our aim is to empower women, whatever their age, ability, size or shape to improve their health, happiness and well being with effective training, showing them that anything is possible with the right approach and giving them sensible lifestyle advice too. We are NOT about fad diets or fancy fitness gadgets.
Our goal is to help our clients look AND feel great by energising, educating and inspiring them. There are no fad diets, no false promises and no contracts… just wholesome workouts for women in the great outdoors and online workouts that are fun, easy to follow and cost effective.
