Karen Haley - Director

I love exercising in the great outdoors! Before I started Fit for a Princess I used to do really extreme and crazy events in hostile environments. I completed the Marathon Des Sables in the Sahara Desert in 2005 as well as the Jungle Marathon in the Amazon Jungle in 2006 – both were 6 Marathons over 6 days in extreme heat!  I ran the Brighton Marathon in 3 Hours and 40 Mins in April last year. I did Barcelona in 3 Hours and 26 Mins!! and London in 3.36...  Now I am doing Triathlons - did Blenheim, Bournemouth,  Swanage and Henley last summer - doing Ironman Nice in June!!!

I have been teaching exercise all my working life, a long time! I used to own a small fitness studio in Seer Green for six years, I have practiced Sports Massage for around 25 years!

Exercising here in Beaconsfield is such great fun with a really friendly group of girls...so If you want to join us please dont hesitate to drop me an email or just give me a call!

Holly Seear

I have a passion for fitness, training and racing. In recent years I have competed on my bike in Road Races, Time Trials, Track (indoor, outdoor and grass), Sportives, Mountain Biking XC and Enduros. I have raced The Etape, Tour of Flanders, The Fred Whitton and most recently Transalp, an eight day mountain bike stage race across the Alps covering 700km, with 22,000m of ascent.

I compete in Triathlons (including 5 Half Ironman races), Duathlons, Adventure Races and Run (all distances, road and XC).

I love being outside and planning sessions that are challenging, rewarding, enjoyable and fun. I have achieved things I never believed were possible because of support and inspiration from those around me. Now as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Coach I hope to give some of that support, motivation and inspiration to you and help you achieve your goals.

Testimonials

Hear from our Beaconsfield princesses below!

  • "Karen was so fantastic; she made us all laugh while pushing us to our limits. Totally loved it, and I can honestly say it is the most fun I have ever had while working out! It really reminded me of being back at school, when you are at school there aren’t any limits."

  • "Karen is AMAZING, smiling and laughing her head off all the time, cracking jokes and saying stuff that one normally doesn’t say out loud. Very refreshing! I love the way she isn’t always coordinated and some of the exercises do her in too. We all know Karen is a running giant and looks incredible and is super fit, she knows so much about the body and its physiology, she has years of experience, however, what is so great is that a lot of this or the concept/combination of exercises is new to her too. Awesome though she is, Karen finds some exercises difficult too. It makes me feel that we are all in it together; we can all exchange notes on which bits are killing the next morning. I have great respect for Karen: she walks the walk and talks the talk. Her wonderful enthusiasm and ability to laugh at herself is very motivating and human."
