TWO WEEK BOOTCAMPS ARE BACK WITH A NEW FORMAT!!!!!!!
We thought we would make it a little bit different this year so we are going to have 2 trainers on each bootcamp, alternating days and alternating content:
We have had some enquiries on what is different about these bootcamps and how we are going to accommodate different levels on the cardio days, so here it is!
1. The big difference about our new style bootcamps is that there are 2 trainers taking the different cardio & conditioning days which means more variety, different style of training and of course MORE camaraderie and gossip!
2. On the 2 big cardio days where we go off the common, there will be 2 trainers to accommodate different levels and we will ask you which group you want to go with. This means that you can pushed if you want to, and get some milage in, or take the slightly easier option in the other group if you prefer
3. Janey will be emailing the bootcampers lifestyle tips each day, as well as including a mini message from the bootcamp trainers themselves We will really be encouraging you to focus on nutrition and lifestyle and encourage you to have the BEST BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE EVER, whether you have done 20 of our bootcamps or are new to them!
Here is the layout:

Monday: Cardio 1 with trainer 1
Intro - 1 lap time, Various cardio move drills and an introduction to freestyle Cardio (This is where everyone is encouraged to work at their own level, so you can choose from power walking to sprinting!)

Tuesday: Conditioning 1 with trainer 2
Squats, lunges and abs - Progressive moves, low and high intensity options to suit levels!

Wednesday: Cardio 2 with trainer 1
Freestyle Cardio on the Common – different laps and interval training to ensure maximum fitness gains. Everyone encouraged to step out of their comfort zone, but options for walking are available.

Thursday: Conditioning 2 with trainer 2
Arms and abs – Think bands, press ups, crunches and planks, whoop whoop!

Friday: Conditioning 3 with trainer 2
Legs and bum – mixed up with cardio for part of the class and some floor work thrown it to ensure no muscle is left un touched!

Saturday: Cardio 3 with trainer 1 & second trainer
Long run or long power walk with 2nd trainer - Cardio Trainer to take runners off Common for 90 min long run (don’t be put off by this, there will still be options for joggers), power walking with 2nd trainer for those not wanting to go off on a long run – still a lot of distance covered though!

Sunday off: MASSAGE OR CHILL OUT DAY!
Book a massage at one of the places that we reccommend and receive a 10% bootcamp discount! Details of these will be emailed on Day 1 to those on the bootcamp and look out for the new JANEY RECOMMENDS section on the home page which launches next week!

Arms and abs – Progressions from last week plus shadow boxing and pair work!

Tuesday: Cardio 4 with trainer 1
Freestyle Cardio & Cardio drills – Another chance to cover some distance, work at your own level and then finish with some killer cardio moves!!

Wednesday: Conditioning 5 with trainer 2
Legs & Bum – Some kick boxing moves, balancing work and some turbo charge lower body work

Thursday: Cardio 5 with trainer 1
Long run or long power walk. 2 different trainers to ensure everyone gets the best finale cardio workout possible

Friday: Cardio & Conditioning with trainer 2!
All over body finale – We want you to leave with a big sparkly bang!!!!!
Recovery weekend…. Your chance to reward your hard work!

Again, we will be working with local companies on ways you can treat yourselves at the end of the 2 week bootcamp Details will be emailed round during the bootcamp and added to JANEY RECOMMENDS once it goes live!
All classes are an hour long from 615am to 715am exept the Saturday which is 90 mins long and the other big cardio on the second Thursday which is 6am to 715am!
