RUN THE ROYAL PARKS HALF MARATHON FOR UNICEF!!

UNICEF is the world's leading organisation protecting the rights of children and young people. The United Nations has declared a famine in parts of southern Somalia, where a child is dying every six minutes. In Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya, children and families are facing a desperate crisis caused by prolonged drought, soaring food prices and ongoing conflict. UNICEF is the main provider of life-saving food for malnourished children in all three countries, but they desperately need more funds in order to help reach every child.
With this in mind, UNICEF are looking for people willing to run the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on 9th October 2011 and raise money for this great cause..
They have now reduced the registration fee to half price, so it is now just £15 to be a UNICEF charity place runner in this beautiful half marathon.
The Royal Parks Half Marathon is one of the most scenic city runs in the world and has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular half marathons. It starts and finishes in London's Hyde Park and takes in landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament along the way.
UNICEF ask each charity place runner to aim high and to set their target at £550, although this is an aim and not a must and they appreciate that if you sign up now, you have less time to fundraise and therefore will appreciate whatever you can raise.
We would be delighted to have you join our team. You can sign up for a place today via our online registration form. Places are available on a first come first served basis so sign up quickly to avoid disappointment.
The online registration form can be found at www.unicef.org.uk/half - which is also the page with all the information on about the event.
THIS IS A AMAZING CAUSE PRINCESSES - SO SIGN UP TODAY AND GET FUNDRAISING!
