1. Can I just turn up to class?
    1. Yes you can. Either book online or bring cash to class. Please sign up for a free trial and complete our health questionnaire.

 

  1. What do I need to bring?
    1. Just bring yourself, water, a mat or towel.

 

  1. Do you train in all weather?
    1. Yes! We train nearly every day of the year. Rain, cold weather and sunshine will not stop us!

 

  1. Will I be able to keep up?
    1. Our trainers will ensure that you are given options to suit your level of fitness.

 

  1. Will it be too easy for me?
    1. Our classes will be challenging for a high level of fitness, if you want to really push yourself we will make sure that you do!

 

  1. Is everyone super fit?
    1. All our clients are female, aged somewhere between 16 and 60, and of all levels of fitness.

 

  1. Can I bring my baby/child?
    1. Yes you can. We are a child friendly group and do lots of work with pre and post-natal mums.

 

  1. Are there facilities nearby?
    1. Skylark café is adjacent to where we train, they have toilets on site, and coffee!
