How Janey knows them…

One of the main FFAP food principles is to be Wheat-Free. Wheat is very high in gluten which, when wet, is a sticky glue-like substance. Because gluten is so sticky it is difficult to digest and can cause all sorts of problems in our digestive tract! Genius creator and food lover, Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, began the search to create the perfect fresh gluten-free loaf when she found out that one of her children had a severe gluten intolerance.
