GROUP OUTDOOR WORKOUTS
Vamp up your week and wake up your body with our group 
outdoor workouts!
Our outdoor sessions are an hour long and provide an all over body workout. We vary the workouts from session to session, but all classes combine a variety of fun and effective moves designed to help you get fitter stronger and improve shape.

To attend our Group Outdoor workout classes you can choose between
the
following:
1) Buy an unlimited TIARA pass which entitles you to as many classes as you like 7 days a week - This costs £13.50 a week (and also gives your a substantial discount to our intensive bootcamps)
2) You can drop in to our weekend classes for £5 cash per class (Free for TIARA pass holders)
3) You can drop in to our week day classes for £7 per class but these must be bought in advance in blocks of 5,10,15 or 20 from our online shop - you CANNOT pay £7 cash to drop into these classes

For women who don’t like the gym environment….our workouts are outside and we relish the fresh air and freedom all year round!

Themed…each term we have a different theme...to keep workouts interesting!

Planned to coincide with school terms…. We operate 3 x 11-15 week terms a year, January to March, April to July, September to December.

Educational…. we want you to get to grips with exercising correctly, eating the right things and being in the right place mentally. We want you to leave every session having learnt something new and inspired to improve your well being AS WELL as being hot & sweaty!!

Who wants to be stuck indoors in a sweaty, smelly air conditioned gym, when you could be outside in the fresh air?!?!?! Some of us spend up to 95% of our days inside, YUK!!
Here are some of the benefits of training outside:

Much more challenging – by working harder with uneven surfaces and the natural elements, especially the wind!

Burns more calories – Up to 20% more in some workouts!

Better for the lungs – fresh air and oxygen delivery is much better for you outside than in sweaty, bacteria infested air-conditioned gyms, even in a city!

Improves your core - uneven surfaces mean you have to use your balancing and core skills more during the whole workout, how good is that?!!

Makes you stronger – A press up using your own body weight (over a chest press in the gym) uses the chest shoulders and triceps, BUT ALSO, your core, glutes and legs - double whammy!

Is equipment and cost free – meaning you can take what you do within the workout and do it anywhere; holiday, business trip… no excuses!

Helps to energise you – using the energy of the natural elements can help fuel you and motivate you, we excel being outside!

Wednesday: Long run on Wandsworth Common Bootcamp - 6Am start - with Kelly.. :)
Thursday: 6.15 all venues.. Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon Park - normal class... Clapham Common Kick Boxing & Jog squad on Fulham
Friday: 9.30AM Wandsworth Common... Fulham & Clapham Common 615AM
Saturday: 9AM all venues - £5 drop in for all venues - no booking needed :)
