JOG SQUAD - The Princess version of a running club
What to expect at Jog Squad....
Jog Squad is available to all fitness levels and running abilities. At each session, there will be endurance, interval training, cardio moves and loads of laughs - all the fun things to get your heart rate increasing, while building up cardio fitness and really giving you a great workout!
Intervel training is THE best way of boosting fitness levels, but also one of the best ways to get shape results. By training @ the top level ie 9 or 10 out of 10, you maximize post metabolism burn – that is you burn more calories after your workout – sometimes up to a few hours.
By stepping out of your comfort zone, you’ll find you can achieve things you never thought possible and by recovering between sets (the best bit about interval training), it does make this kind of training more manageable.
Just make sure you are pushing yourself to a 9 or 10 in the sprint parts!!!
