What we offer

The focus for 2017 is to be in great shape by being fit, healthy, strong and having the confidence to be whoever you want to be.  And that’s where we come in as we can help you achieve those goals! A couple of options are the outdoor fitness and bootcamp-style classes and Personal Training (either 1:1 or with 2 or 3 of you).  Please have a look at all the info below or contact me for more info.

OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES

All classes are suitable for all levels, abilities, sizes and shapes and exercise options are given for everyone. If you’re new, we’ll encourage you to start wtih the easier options and if you’re more advanced, we’ll be pushing you out of your comfort zone!

The full Summer 2017 Term runs from Mon 24th April to Sat 2nd Sept – 19 weeks in total. However, the term is split into two so those with kids and school holidays can have the option of a shorter term. This runs from Mon 24th April to Sat 22nd July – 13 weeks long. Details for both passes are below.  PS – Remember, you can sign up at any time as the price goes down each week!

FIT FOR A FIVER EVERY SATURDAY

Fit For a Fiver is a weekend drop in class: no need to book, just turn up with your £5! You don’t need to be a pass-holder to join in – all ladies welcome!!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Want to know what you’ve got in your tank? Whether you’re pregnant, just had a baby, not exercised for years, are getting married soon, want to run a marathon, or just need that extra personal push, having a trainer is one of the best ways for you to get results.

Personal Training can be done either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. These can be arranged at a time and day suitable for you and are tailored for your specific needs and goals. Both males and females welcome. Please contact me for more info.

ANTE AND POST NATAL TRAINING

If you are pregnant or have just had a baby, research shows that there are numerous benefits to exercising during and after pregnancy. It can help keep your body fit and healthy and there are positive effects to both mother and baby. So if you want to help make your pregnancy easier or want to get back into shape then please get in touch and we can discuss your options further. We can do either personal sessions or you can bring your baby to the regular classes and we’ll give you options that are suitable for you to do.

BOOTCAMPS

Fit for a Princess bootcamps are renowned for transforming women’s bodies! They are suitable for all levels and we welcome women of all ages, size and ability.

Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed and put together in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie! Bootcamps will work the whole body, inside and out!

 

Please note that prices go down each week on a pro-rata basis – so you can purchase a pass below at any time and get great value for your fitness from the date you buy it!

£232.50, UNLIMITED classes from Monday 22nd May to Saturday 2nd September (15 weeks, £15.50/week).

Please note:

  • We do not operate a refund policy and passes & bootcamps are non-transferable to next term or another bootcamp.
  • You must pre-purchase a pass to come to our weekday workouts.
  • There are no physical passes.
  • You do not have to let us know which workouts you are coming to – great flexibility!
  • Your pass excludes Bootcamps (although you are entitled to a big discount).
  • All clients must fill out a booking form with Par Q and a client disclaimer form.
  • Please always bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, a towel/mat for floor work.
