Wandsworth Common is where it all started and it’s still going strong after 11 years! We have great clients, amazing trainers and we can’t wait to train you in one of the loveliest parks in London!
Meeting Point 1 – The cricket pitch – We train on the cricket pitch just off Dorlcote Road and by the SkyLark Café all our early morning, mid morning and weekend classes meet here.
Meeting Point 2 – Bellevue Road – We meet and train opposite The Hope Pub. All our evening classes meet here.
What we offer at Wandsworth
We provide a variety of 45 and 60 minute workouts that are designed specifically for women by top, experienced female trainers. All classes are suitable for all levels, abilities, sizes and shapes and options are given for everyone. If you’re new, we’ll encourage you to start with the easier options and if you’re more advanced, we’ll be pushing you out of your comfort zone!
We have a timetable of 13 classes a week on Wandsworth Common.

Want to know what you’ve got in your tank? Whether you’re pregnant, just had a baby, not exercised for years, want to run a marathon or want to get to grips with a home workout, having a trainer is one of the best ways for you to get results. One of our fantastic training team can come to your house, or train you outside in your local park at a time to suit you. Our training team have lots of expertise in different aspects of health & fitness, so it is really important that we fix you up with the right trainer.
We offer 90 minute master classes, taught by our top trainers – a perfect way to experience something unique and empowering in addition to our regular classes. These are offered throughout the year and completely vary in content – from power conditioning to learning how to run, to kickboxing and more
