Fit for a Princess started out as a private Personal Training business, but as her client base grew and the demand for being outside increased, Janey launched outdoor workouts and bootcamps on Wandsworth Common in 2006 and since then has launched 5 further outdoor workout venues in Clapham, Fulham, Battersea Park, Tooting & Wimbledon Park and taken her famous bootcamps abroad!
Janey has appeared extensively in the media. She has written regularly for the Daily Mail with her Fitness Q&A, Food News & Five Minute Fitness series and health related features in their Good Health and Femail Sections.
She regularly writes workouts and features for Heath & Fitness magazine, has contributed to features in the London Paper and London Lite and has had her own regular health and fitness series for SW magazine. She has also featured in Company, Viva, Now! and The Lady magazines and also writes for publications in Australia and New Zealand.
She works closely with some of London’s top journalists providing expertise on female health & well being issues and in 2007, Janey was chosen as one of London’s Top 50 Wellbeing Gurus by The London Paper.
Janey has featured in web chats on teen health issues, run corporate health and fitness workshops and held various female-focused food and fitness workshops throughout London and in the USA.
Janey was ITV’s health & fitness expert on Kyle’s Academy daytime show in 2007 and has appeared on various BBC documentaries, giving well being expertise and advice. She is also a regular guest on Jo Good's BBC London radio show, inspiring the capital with her stories and experiences of looking and living well!
Janey offers a variety of consultation services including lifestyle MOTs, Corporate Coaching, Business Mentoring and Keynote speeches.
Janey is a single parent to two year old twin boys, Monty and Harry and splits her time between her boys and her princesses :)
