WHAT WE OFFER
SUMMER TERM AND CLASSES:
The Summer Term runs from Monday 16th April to Sunday 2nd September 2012. We have split it into two 10-week blocks so you've got the chance of buying a pass either until 24th June 2012 (it works out at £13.50 per week) or, you can buy a discounted pass for the entire 20 weeks and that works out at £12.25 per week - for unlimited classes! Both can be purchased on the box to the right of this.
The focus for 2012 is about having a great shape by being fit, healthy and strong and having the confidence to be whoever you want to be.
All passes can be booked on the website now.
Please note that prices go down each week on a pro-rata basis - for the latest prices please look in the booking area to the right of this box.
We run classes and bootcamps all year round!!
FIT FOR A FIVER EVERY SATURDAY:
Fit For a Fiver is a weekend drop in class, no need to book, just turn up with your fiver! You don't need to be a pass-holder to join in - all ladies welcome!!

BOOTCAMP DETAILS:
Fit for a Princess bootcamps are renowned for transforming women’s bodies! They are suitable for all levels and we welcome women of all ages, size and ability.
Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed and put together in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie! Bootcamps will work the whole body, inside and out!
Most sessions are from 6.15-7.15am with the odd day (the longer cardio days) starting at 6am. Details are as follows:
Winter 1 week bootcamp (Mon-Sat):
Price for Non-pass holders is £70 and for pass holders £30
Summer 2 week bootcamp (Mon-Sat, Mon-Fri):
Price for Non-pass holders is £120 and for pass holders £55
1 week bootcamp (1st week of 2 week bootcamp, Mon-Sat):
Price for Non-pass holders is £75 and for pass holders £30
1 week bootcamp (2nd week of 2 week bootcamp, Mon-Fri):
Price for Non-pass holders is £70 and for pass holders £30
PERSONAL TRAINING:
Personal Training can be done either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. These can be arranged at a time and day suitable for you and are tailored for your specific needs and goals. Both males and females welcome.
VIP PT & BOOTCAMP PACKAGES:
For those who prefer the more exclusive treatment we also offer VIP packages which will be tailored specifically for you and at a time that suits you. There will be a few added extras in these packages to help you get the most out of your exercise and health regime so that you feel great inside and out! We offer VIP Personal Training packages and VIP Bootcamps. Please contact me (debra@fitforaprincess.co.uk) for more info on these packages.
ANTE AND POST NATAL:
If you are pregnant or have just had a baby, research shows that there are numerous benefits to exercising during and after pregnancy. It can help keep your body fit and healthy and there are positive effects to both mother and baby. So if you want to help make your pregnancy easier or want to get back into shape then please get in touch and we can discuss your options further. We can do short, simple personal sessions to help you, or you can bring your baby to the regular classes and we'll give you options that you are capable of doing.
PLEASE NOTE:

We do not operate a refund policy and passes & bootcamps are non transferable to next term or another bootcamp

You must pre-purchase a pass to come to our weekday workouts

You will be emailed a notification of booking once we have received payment, when booking online

There are no physical passes – you fill out a register at each class if required

Passes are valid for 1 term only and unused sessions CANNOT be carried over to the next term

You do not have to let us know which workouts you are coming to

Your pass excludes Bootcamps (although you are entitled to a big discount)

All clients must fill out a booking form with Par Q AND client disclaimer form

Please always bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, a towel/mat for floor work
