Product Description


FFAP Head trainer Katie S’ Cardio and Power Conditioning Master Class

30 minutes of running drills to really push your fitness level, followed by a 90 minutes of Power Conditioning aimed at targeting your entire body using a variety of low impact yet very powerful condition methods.  FFAP head trainer Katie Skrine will work and exhaust all major muscle groups, help you improve general technique and ensure you leave feeling invigorated, stronger and more body aware. This class will not disappoint and sells out fast – give it a go!

8.45am to 9.15am Running drills

9.15am – 10.45am – Power conditioning


Jo’s Running Master Class

Marathon runner and super trainer Jo will take you through running drills to really push your fitness level, followed by a longer run and of course specific stretching. Helping to improve you endurance and technique, whether you are preparing from your first 10k or literally just want to try and improve this area of your fitness, this is one to challenge yourself with.
