A Productive Day!
I am very excited! After my slightly rocky weekend, I had a very stress- free and productive day yesterday. I started another online coaching program course last night and am doing 90 min online coaching courses every night this week - I love the fact I am doing something new alongside my usual work and I am very pumped about my plans. Just 3 weeks today until my holiday so am massively in the work as hard as I can now so I can be relaxed as I can there. So, a pretty good start to the week and at least the rain has stopped, he hee!
Here is what I ate / drank / did:
5am Set alarm, got up and had a coffee, with organic whole milk and 1 sugar. Not teaching this morning but wanted to get ahead on some work
630am Carrot, apple, lemon, celery, cuucmber and spinach juice
730am Went for a fast power walk - did about 45 mins, not quite the hour I had planned, but it was good to get back into the training again
830am Toasted rye bread with hoummas and rocket, olive oil & lemon
1115am Small latte in a meeting - was too much caffeine for me, drank 2 glasses of stil water with it.
1pm Had a spinach, tomato, feta cheese and pine nut salad with french dressing - main meal portion
4pm Had a bowl of vegetable soup with pesto
6pm Had a tuna, watercress, radish and pine nut salad with french dressing - main meal portion
8pm climbed into bed and had a strip of dark chocolate ahead of my online training
830pm to 10pm Did my online coaching program
10pm Watched Made in Chelsea to wind down
11pm Had a bath
1115pm Went to bed.
(Drank 2 litres of water, if not 2.5)
Got another busy day today, am going power walking for an hour at 730am, have planned to eat lots of salads today and my energy is great. Let's hope the sun stays out!!
