Monday

 

5am Alarm woke me up and I had my usual coffee at about 5.10am

6am taught bootamp (I’m not doing much exercise here, just demo-ing and shouting lots, ha!)

730am Usual juice – Spinach, broccoli, carrot, celery, cucumber, small apple & 2 lemons

830am Did a 75 min power walk at the gym – didn’t hit my usual 8km power walking pace, but averaged 7-7.4kph

10am Toasted rye bread x 1 with lf hoummas, sliced fennel and grated carrot, olive oil & lemon – delish!

1145am coffee as above

115pm Organic chicken ceasar salad made at home (I boil up organic chicken breasts – take 20 mins – lovely!), with spinach, walnuts, cucumber, celery and a full fat ceasar dressing

530pm Had vegetable fritatta with a mixed salad – ate dinner with boys

730pm Epsom salts bath – not teaching Kick boxing tonight, was nice to have a relaxing evening to myself :o)

830pm Climbed into bed, so nice, read, chilling big time!

10pm ish Asleep

 

 No wine & gym

 

 

Tuesday

 

5am Alarm woke me up and I had my usual coffee at about 5.10am

6am taught bootamp

745am Usual juice – decided to do my power walk later on

845am Toasted rye bread with lf hoummas and sliced fennel, spinach leaves and olive oil & lemon

11am small coffee as above

1pm Prawn & calamari (buy in packs from M & S) salad with fennel, cucumber, radishes, lambs lettuce, olive oil and lemon

315pm 75 min fast power walking session outside – in Earlsfield cemetry

515pm Dinner with the boys – I had amixed salad with alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot, cold steamed broccoli and I had a small portion of chunky chips and some full fat mayo

8pm Epsom salts bath

9pm Climbed into bed to read

 

 No wine and gym

 

Wednesday

 

5am Alarm woke me up and I had my usual coffee at about 5.10am

6am taught bootamp

745am Usual juice – no gym today as heading down to Kent to see my parents for the day with the boys

845am 1 x small piece of toasted rye with lf hoummas and sliced tomato (actually prefer not eating too many tomatoes with other foods but I’d run out of cucumber10

1030am Coffee as above

1230pm Lunch at my parents and I was starving. Had wheat free spaghetti and organic home made bolognaise with loads of veggies in the sauce.  Had a side salad with some French dressing

5pm Had a handful of almonds in the car on way back from client

540pm Had a few mouthfuls of my boy’s chicken goujons, prob 1 in total and a carrot and some hoummas

830pm Had a nightmare getting my boys to sleep as they slept in car on way back from Kent, and I ended up having some wine with my salad!  1 glass hit me quite hard actually and I couldn’t finish it and didn’t actually enjoy it. Had a feta cheese, black olive, fennel salad with spinach leaves

1015pm Bed – wine did help me wind down though!

1 glass of wine and no gym

Thursday - have accidentally deleted my iphone notes on this day - but it was a very healthy day, no wine and a 75 min fast power walk at 8kms and a swim afterwards

 

Friday

 

5am coffee as above

6am Boxing BC
730am Usual veg juice

830am Went to the gym – did a 75 min session – power walking for an hour at 8kms and then 15 mins of sprints

1015am Had an egg and cress sandwich from M & S as driving down to Kent for some R & R with my parents – left boys in London with my au pair for the night

1230pm Had a taste the difference fish cake with steamed broccoli and asparagus

430pm Had a coffee as above

715pm had a glass of sancerre with my Mum in the garden – tonight was my designated chill out / no focus/let my hair down night!

8pm another ½ a glass of white wine

830pm We had a board of French cheeses, I had a mixed salad before hand and I had no bread / biscuits / butter, just cheese :o) Had 1 ½ glasses of red wine

915pm Had a baileys on ice and 2 belgian chocolates!! Very unlike me to have sugar like this but it was a nice treat.

10pm Went to bed

 Gym & wine / cheese!

 

Saturday

 

Little hang over today after last night’s blow out with the folks! Also because I have not drunk in the week pretty much, it really hit me – we were merry and because I didn’t have the boys it was nice to let my hair down :o)

715am Coffee (could have lied in but after 5am starts all week I was wide awake at 7am and I did have 9 hours sleep!)

730am Carrot, apple, lenon & ginger juice (at my mums, didn’t have my usual green mix!)

9am 1 x rye bread with hoummas and sliced cucumber, olive oil & lemon

1045am did 8kms in the gym, half on 4% incline, worked out for an hour and 10 mins. Hated every minute of it but did it!

1245pm Smoked salmon and a mixed salad, 2 dark ryvita / hoummas with it

530pm Had a picnic with my boys in our garden. Had a mixed salad with a bit of feta, 1 small slice of their pizza and 1 glass of Chablis (bought a mini bottle so I wouldn’t drink more than one glass!)

 

Gym & 1 glass of wine

 

Sunday

 

6am set alarm and got up / had a coffee as taking boys to West Wittering beach for the day and wanted to leave at 730am to miss the traffic

8am realized on A3 that I hadn’t juiced in the chaos of leaving or had breakfast – ended up having a banana which I don’t particularly like to eat / have often, but it served a purpose!

1015am starving, so I had one of my boys cooked but cold chicken goujons with a few mouthfuls of wheat free pesto pasta (pinched from our lunch!)

1145am I had a mixed salad and a small portion of wheat free pesto pasta with 1 chicken goujon

1pm Ate about 1/3 of both boys Mr Whippy icecreams for no other reason than to stop it melting going down their arms!!!  Didn’t enjoy it that much as I can taste the crap it in, but it is a nice thing to have / sahre once in a while!
330pm We stopped off at a pub on the way home to break up journey that has a good kids play area – I had a small glass of white wine and we all shared a large portion of chunky / home cut fries – we all demolished them after the sea air!

545pm We all snacked on some carrot  batons and the boys had a bit of left over pasta with some organic ham chopped up and stirred in with a bowl of sweetcorn

8pm I had a small mixed salad with a little feta, fresh tomatoes, olives, avocado and I also had 1 glass of red wine – I had a NIGHTMARE with the boys tonight – they were over tired / over heated, Monty fell over and cut his head / arm, I did 3 loads of washing after the beach (even for 1 day!) and I was exhausted after such a full on day – taking the boys to the beach by yourself is such hard work – we had a great day but god did I deserve a glass of wine!

9pm Had ½ glass of red wine whilst reading my book

10pm Asleep

 

No gym today but the calories burnt taking boys to beach by myself must have topped a thousand!!

 

No wine until the weekend for me now, got SO much to do work wise this week.
