GROUP OUTDOOR WORKOUTS
Vamp up your week and wake up your body with our group 
outdoor workouts!
Our outdoor sessions are 45 minutes or an hour long and provide an all over body workout. We vary the workouts from session to session, but all classes combine a variety of fun and effective moves designed to help you get fitter and stronger and improve your shape.
Group outdoor workouts run Monday to Sunday .
Workouts include:

Stretch
Mixed of course with lots of camaraderie, gossip and laughter!!!!

I joined FFAP last September. I was not getting results on my own in the gym ... The 6am class was a shock at first but the smiling faces of the instructors and the other princesses (who are now good friends) always kept me going. I have really noticed improvements in my fitness and energy levels. I now try to do 4-5 classes a week! We always have a good laugh no matter what the weather. Time flies when you're with friends and having fun....! Also I feel very smug at work first thing knowing I am allowed a biscuit as I have done my days exercise!! Even if you think you can't do it, you’re not fit enough or don't do mornings.....you can! Come and try xx

HOW TO PAY
All weekend classes and the new Sevenoaks classes are run on a FIT FOR A FIVER basis. Just turn up with a fiver!
Weekday classes in Tunbridge Wells are £6 each and you need to pay for a block of 5, 10 or 20 in advance either by buying them online or by emailing me (sarah@fitforaprincess.co.uk) if you want to pay by cash/cheque. These sessions need to be used within 6 months of purchase. YOU ARE OF COURSE WELCOME TO COME AND DO A TASTER CLASS FOR FREE!
You can also buy a Tiara pass which entitles you to attend unlimited classes (including weekends) and also gives you half price bootcamps! These work out great value if you average two or more classes a week and/or like to do the bootcamps.

SEVENOAKS- NEW !!!!
I run 2 classes a week in Sevenoaks in Knole Park. The meeting point is where the footpath from the far corner of the Leisure centre car park (Buckhurst 2 car park) enters Knole park, by the big log. I will put a banner up so people can spot me!
Monday - 9.30am
Saturday - 9.15am
Both of these are 1 hour classes and for the time being will be run on a FIT FOR A FIVER basis - just turn up with a fiver, a mat/old towel and a drink!

BOOTCAMPS/BOXING - TUNBRIDGE WELLS
Fit for a Princess bootcamps are renowned for transforming women’s bodies!
Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed and put together in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they are also packed with laughter and camaraderie! Bootcamps are suitable for all levels and we welcome women of all ages, sizes and abilities.

A fabulous way to get bikini ready for the Summer! Change your shape and boost your fitness! Includes bootcamp and ebook and online audio seminar/slides on what to eat to maximise your results. Take advantage of the light mornings and get your workout done before you have time to think up excuses! This bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels.
THUMP BOXING - a fabulous stress reliever and definitely reaches the parts that other exercise does not reach!
One on one THUMP boxing/kickboxing sessions with Sarah: £25/hour.
Why not team up with a friend? THUMP boxing/kickboxing for 2 people : £30/hour.
